At VersionPilot, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. We will never sell your data. Ever.

1. Who We Are

VersionPilot ("we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service product that automates framework and dependency upgrades for software development teams.

  • Contact: privacy@versionpilot.ai
  • Location: Canada

2. What Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Your professional role
  • How you heard about VersionPilot
  • Your interest in the product and use case
  • Your pricing expectations

We collect this information solely to communicate with you about VersionPilot's launch and early access program.

2.2 Information collected automatically

This data is used only to understand how people discover and navigate our website.

2.3 GitHub repository data (future product)

When the VersionPilot product launches, users who connect their GitHub repositories will be subject to additional data handling terms described in our Terms of Service. We will never store your source code beyond the duration of an active migration job. All code processing occurs in ephemeral containers that are destroyed immediately after each job completes.
